I have been training with Spencer for a little over two years now. Pre-pandemic I was doing group workouts - a body-weight circuit group training at my neighbor's apartment once a week and a boxing/circuit group at another friend's house once a week. Both groups were great ways to motivate myself to exercise and make friends.
After covid I switched to one-on-one workouts (because of having to schedule around my son's homeschooling), and it has been a sanity-saver for me. Currently I am doing a combination of weightlifting and boxing - the stress relief I get from punching things has benefited our entire family. :) And as a nice side effect, my neighbor stopped me the other day and told me she's going to start boxing because my figure looks so great now!
Spencer's very good at working with any limitations or injuries you have and tailoring the program to your goals (in my case, building up core strength so I can prevent back pain, but maybe your goal is weight loss, or building strength) and lifestyle (gym user, home workouts, runner, etc.).
