Roncador Farm is located a bit more than an hour’s drive from the center of Brasilia and an ideal place to go for a day trip for hiking, swimming in waterfalls, horse riding as well as having a spectacular view over the Cerrado in DF.

The farm is owned by Rafael and Mara and they opened their farm for visitors in 2020. They only operate from Thursday to Sunday and since it is a small family business one has to book either a morning or afternoon slot. Rafael and Mara are super friendly and will do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Roncador Farm offers three packages to visit their farm. The basic one is just to visit the farm and have a hike around the beautiful area, including the waterfalls as well as the spectacular lookout over the Cerrado. The next package is the entry to the farm including breakfast and lunch or lunch and afternoon tea. And the third package is the horse riding option which also includes the meals.

Overall, this place is ideal to escape the busy Brasilia life for a while without driving to Pirienopolis or the Chapada.
