The Brasilia Hash House Harriers participated in this year’s World Earth Day 2021. The American Hash kennel, Hashers Not Trashers, are organizing every year around World Earth Day an international trash collection and the BH3 participated this year for the second time.
Around 15 Hashers met close to the Brasilia lake to clean its shore. Beside the Hashers some locals joined us as well and together we collected 43 garbage bags of trash in 2 hours.
After the collection we had a few well-deserved beers and talked to the non-Hashers about the Hash, it’s history and what it is all about. And we are sure that the Brasilia Hash has some virgins at the next Hash.
