Indulge in Authentic Brazilian Cuisine

In Brazil, a rich and diverse culinary heritage blends Portuguese, African, European, and Asian influences. Our Friday and Saturday night gatherings promise an authentic taste of Brazil, featuring iconic dishes like Feijoada - a hearty stew crafted from black beans, beef, pork, and sausage - and the beloved Brazilian Churrasco, where succulent beef is grilled over open flames. We take pride in the sponsorship of the Pan South America Hash 2024 by Princesa Do Vale, an award-winning cachaça distillery from Minas Gerais. Established in 1949 and still family-owned, this cachaçaria is now led by Eliezer Lacerda Neto, the founder's grandson. His vision blends tradition with innovation, aiming to deliver unparalleled sensory experiences. Princesa Do Vale has partnered with IVV Swinebar to serve the finest caipirinhas in Brasilia at the Pan South America Hash parties.
